Accompanying Persons

Partners and family are welcome. There is a lot to do in Goa and further details will be made available later. 

There is no need for accompanying people to pay a Conference fee but excursions will incur an extra cost.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided, each full day, with the cost of the room package.

We have outlined the proposed plan for the week below to avoid duplication with your plans. 

If you want to arrange other excursions at your own expense Soul Travelling is a recommended agent to use locally. We will be using them for the larger group trips.

If agreeable, we will be encouraging the sharing of contact details so that groups can arrange other trips such as hiking to water falls etc which the larger group or the energy may not have time to undertake. Remembering it is hot so pease always tae adequate water, sun screen and approriate clothing.     

The Hotel is providing a free Yoga session at 8am everyday - normally on the beach but please confirm with hotel staff the venue. 

Cricket and beach volleyball kit is free but needs to be booked.  

There is a 9 hole golf course (with a 15% discount if you say you are with our group/conference)  

and a Spa - costs to be confirmed locally.

You will be welcome at the formal dinners listed below but the hotel reserves the right to add charges, if need be. Drinks costs are not be included in any of the below.

There will be an additonal charge for organised excursions with the group, depending on numbers attending the conference.

 Latin Quarter Walk 

 Secret Tavern Trail (drinks) 

 Old Portugese Villa and Wine Tasting 

Dinner BBQ at a private house then return to Hotel* 

Tuesday 27th 

Evening Visit to a famous Goan Crab and Seafood resturant* via coaches 

but Delegates are Free to 'do their own thing' in the evening if they prefer.

and Dinner will be organised at the Hotel, as a backstop. 

Wednesday 28th 

Excursion

After Breakfast Visit to Chorao Island 

 Crab and Fish Catching 

 Roasting Cashew nuts 

 Course in Cooking with Goan experts 

 Typical Goan lunch 

 Goan Music and Dance by Choroan villagers 

 Cocktail tasting 

Return to Hotel for Dinner   potentially with Karoke afterwards for enthusiasts. 

Thursday 29th 

Some Delegates will be leaving on this day those remaining will make theeir own arrangements 

*Attendees choosing not to attend organised events will incur a cost for dinner in the hotel.

However if we are told in advance (ie 2 weeks before the conference) and for example attendees are not eating at the hotel on the Tuesday night we maybe able to swop the evenings that the hotel will provide food.  

All excursions and events with an asterisk will require travel to the venue.

If people do not wish to attend can you please tell Fedora (copying in James Green) as we can then arrange less transport.

Activities usually take place from 2-6pm except the Dolphin Trip which is earlier 7.30-8.30a.m. 

Individual rates

Parasailing/scending Rs 1200/- for 2-3 mins in the air plus 2 mins prep

Rides: 

Jetski Rs 600/- for 10 mins

Speedboat ride Rs 500/- for 10 mins

Banana Rs 500/- for 10 mins

Dolphin Group Trip - 6 people, 30 mins duration leaves at 7.30, 08.00, 8.30 a.m. Rs 680pp for a group of 6.
