Rooms & Villas.

Check-in & Check-out Timings:

Check-In time is 2:00 pm (1400 hrs.)

Check-out time is Strictly 11:00 am (1100 hrs.)

Early Check-In would be at an additional charge, rooms will be subject to availability

Late check-outs would be at an additional charge, rooms will be subject to availability

The special rates we have negotiated are on a per room per night basis and include the following:

Traditional non-alcoholic ‘Caravela Cooler’ welcome drink on arrival

Accommodation in well-appointed air-conditioned rooms on run-of-house basis as per availability

3 Bottles of packaged drinking water (500ml) in-room replenished daily and replenishment of beverages

once during the day, for the in-room tea/coffee maker.

Complimentary basic Wi-Fi throughout the Resort for 2 devices per room during the stay.

Safe deposit boxes and hairdryers are available in all rooms.

Iron and ironing boards are available on request.

Complimentary use of the gymnasium and swimming pool (with appropriate attire.).

A 15% discount on our Ayurveda Spa.

A 15% discount on all the recreational activities at the Resort.

A 15% discount on laundry facilities.

Meals 

Breakfast and Buffet lunch are included each day. In addition there will be 4 additional evening meals included in the pricing. Three of which will be more 'formal'. 

On 1 night attendees will have a 'free evening' to arrange their own dining (there are a number of restaurants in the Hotel, see website above which can be booked via reception and more locally).  

We are currently still negotiating the cost for 1 additional evening meal, offsite at a popular restaurant. It is hoped this will also be included in the current pricing structure but there may be a small additional cost.  

Usage of Rooms, Suites and Villas. 

Rooms, Suites and Villas are provided for accommodation purposes only, and the storage of any food, liquor, gift cartons, etc. for the event is not permitted in any of the Rooms, Suites or Villas.

No Mehndi ceremonies are permitted in any Rooms, Suites or Villas. Any damages to the Guest Rooms will be charged extra and recovered in full before Check-Out.

No pujas, havans or any other wedding ceremonies are permitted in any Rooms, Suites or Villas. No induction plate and/or Hookah will be permitted.

All attendee guests (including children) must carry and submit a valid government photo proof of identity card at the time of Check-In; this is a statutory requirement. The Resort reserves the right to deny admission to one or more guests upon failing to produce the same.

All details should be provided at least 1 week prior to the date of arrival. While the Resort would endeavor to meet all requests made up to 72 hours of the scheduled arrival, it may levy a charge if the request leads to cost escalation for for the Resort or for any reason whatsoever may decline to fulfill any or all such requests due to paucity of time.
