Travel with need to be organised by attendees personally*.

Goa is not a large state so both Airports in Goa are convenient for the hotel

Visa and/or e-visas will be needed for overseas visitors to Goa

Visas can be obtained from https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/

The hotel can arrange pickups from airports or train station for an agreed fee. Please contact them and pay for this individually if this required. 

If large groups are arriving (>25 people) from the airport or train station at a similar time there is the possibility that a group transfer can be arranged, if advanced notice is given (please email greencrossmedical@hotmail.co.uk with details; all names, airport/train station and arrival time/flight number).

Attendees must arrange all visa and vaccination requirements themselves
