Costs

The Meeting has two components a conference cost and a venue accomodation cost.

-UK Delegates will need to pay these separately (see below). 

-For Delegates from India these are summated together into a single cost 

and will be included in the payment for the 'Delegates from India' section, and collected by the Hotel.  

When a payment is made please email Green Cross Medical Ltd (see Important Information for Delegates section).  

Conference costs for  RSM, UK and other Visiting delegates 

£400 for RSM, UK, US, Australian and Visiting delegates

£200 Visiting Surgeons undergoing completion of specialist training 

£200 for Visiting Nurses and Allied Health Pofessionals  

For Indian delegates the Conference fee will be included in the Hotel costs (see below).

Hotel/Venue costs

We have secured a number of rooms, at a great rate.  But this offer closes when the allocated rooms run out or on or before 30th November 2023 so please book early.

We don't advise booking alternative accommodation as this hotel cost includes the Welcome reception, meals and Gala dinners, and other events. And there is no mechanism to pay for these separately and attend these.  

For UK delegates costs are £1140 per room (that sleeps two) for 6 nights Feb 23-29th 2024.

But this may fluctuate due to variable exchange rates. To book your place and arrange payment. Please click on the 'Payment Methods' tab above.

A number of room types have been negotiated at this rate please discuss this with the hotel when making a booking.

Upgrades to Suites and Bungalows are available on request but these are at an addition cost.

Delegates from India will be emailed the comparable cost per room day on request (see 'payment methods' above. A package price has been organised for the weekend (see below).

Delegates from India - Weekend Rate (Feb 23rd to 25th, 2024) 

Though colleagues from India are obviously welcome to stay longer if they wish, as the conference is continuing for UK delegates until the 29^th Feb.

We would obviously encourage people to stay at the Venue as it allows more time to socialise with colleagues.

But for those not wishing to stay at the Venue accommodation, they can still attend the conference but will be charged IR 8,496 per day (including GST) for registration and for meals, payable to the Hotel Venue.

The Hotel states it will try to honour the same day rates for one day prior and one day after the main group dates (23rd to 29th) if booked early.

However, the additional reservation will be subject to the availability of rooms and Subject to potentially higher rates. Please discuss with the hotel directly as this is not part of the conference package, copying in Green Cross Medical Ltd via email when agreement has reached.

*A maximum of 20 rooms can be offered on triple occupancy, the same needs to be informed via e-mail in advance at least 30 days prior to arrival (to the hotel AND Green Cross Medical Ltd email please).

Triple occupancy will be charged as mentioned in the below table inclusive of an extra rollaway bed /

mattress. A maximum of three adults OR two adults and up to 2 children under 12 years can be accommodated in one room.

Accompanying Children below 6 years will be complimentary on plan, without any extra bed / roll-away bed.

Extra mattress if taken will be charged Rs. 1200/- AI per night.

Extra Bed if taken will be charged Rs.

1,700/- AI per night.

Additional Children between 6-12 years will be charged as per below table:
