As there are a number of steps in arranging attandance.
Here is a simple checklist to help attendees;
-Book Travel arrangement; flight or train including hotel transfer (see Travel Details)
-Book Hotel accomodation with Hotel (see Payments) then email GreenCrossMedical@hotmail.co.uk with Attendees details (see Important Information)
-Book Conference (for UK delegates) with Green Cross Medical Ltd (see Payments)
-Obtain Visa and Immunisations if needed (see Travel Details)
-Book Travel insurance
